We ship Worldwide, usually within 1-3 business days after payment is received, using Priority Shipping service provided by Romanian Post.

For United States orders we can only offer shipping via FedEx at the moment!
Romanian Post has temporarily suspended shipments to the USA, following a recent change in customs and tariff rules imposed by the US Government.

Please allow 7 – 14 business days to receive the instruments to your country. All sales taxes and shipping cost are the responsibility of customers.

The instruments are sent in mint condition, with fragile supplement, wrapped in bubbles, with polystyrene plate top and bottom.

Please check your instrument at arrival! If item arrives damaged because of improper handling or it is lost we will NOT be made responsible unless the buyer will report this at the local post office and give me a registration number of the claim.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments right away. For security reasons all payments will be processed by PayPal.

Sales Taxes

All sales taxes and shipping cost are the responsibility of customers. International customers won’t pay taxes but additional custom charges could apply.

Faulty Item

If the instrument you received is faulty, please contact us either by email or by letter within 3 days of receipt and return it to us within 7 days of receipt. In this case we will pay for return postage costs. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement for your faulty instrument. Refunds cannot be processed if the fault has been caused, created or is a result of your misuse.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods that we have supplied, please return them to us within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be in a condition suitable for resale. We will process a full refund as soon as we can. You are responsible for the cost of returning the instruments, unless the instrumentss are damaged or broken in which case we will pay for return postage costs.

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the products. Instruments must be unused and in a perfect condition, fit for resale. You must inform us of your cancellation by email or letter within 30 days. Keep a receipt of postage of your cancellation notice or a confirmation of sending a cancellation email.
